“Clean”

“I had a very good experience. Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.”

“The room was clean and most of the staff was very nice. It was a little noisy but sometimes you just have that in a busy hotel on a holiday weekend. They charged an refundable $100 fee for incidentals. Haven't received my refund yet. Hopefully this week.”

“The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The……

“The elevator is not working and I was on the 3rd floor. The carpeting was worn and not very clean. The lobby and hallway were hot. Breakfast was small muffins, cereal and waffles. The steam is safe, across from an indoor mall. The bed was lumpy, but i have to admitted the sheets and towels looked brand new. For the price it's not bad for a night or 2.”

“For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her. If you're looking for economic lodging for the night I'd recommend it. If you're looking for the grand hotel experience,……

“My stay was nice. The room was cool, the beds and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and kind getting me checked in. Buuuut…. The pool looked like a swamp. There was an oily film over the water and the color of the way looked like a few dozen homeless people had bathed in it. It was absolutely disgusting. So the only way this hotel can improve in my experience is to CLEAN THE DAMN POOL!”
