Needs better maintenance.

Nice spacious villa but needs much better maintenance. Property is in a village setting with security at main gate. Property can be accessed by car, bike or by taxi. The blinds in the main bedroom downstairs are dirty and guests can be seen from outside at night when light on in bedroom. They need to have a proper curtain. Kettle and toaster don’t work properly. No TV in two out of the three bedrooms. Tv in lounge small. Aircon in back downstairs bedroom dripping.
