It's just off the main highway, about 4 km from the center of Bang Saen beach. Plenty of Grab/Bolt bikes and cars in the area.
The hotel is a two-story resort type with a huge garden. No elevators. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed, table and chairs, and a desk. The wifi was good.
Service was great, the ladies at the reception were happy to reserve a last-minute room for a friend, and the cleaning crew asked in the morning if they should clean, instead of barging in.
The only negatives might be that the bathroom is cramped, with a shower head on the wall, and that noise may carry from the other rooms and the common veranda in the front of the rooms.
