The property is conveniently located. It’s clean. Many amenities. The rooms are enormous. Towels seem to be in short supply, but other than that a very comfortable hotel certainly for the price for a North American

We stayed at Pacific Park Hotel for 7 nights and the sad thing is I don’t think we saw a smile or the slightest courtesy from any of the staff. No welcome at check in, they actually downgraded our room until the third night when we checked Hotels.com receipt and realized parts of what we had booked were not in our room. (Washer/dryer) Breakfast was the worst breakfast I have had in any hotel anywhere in the world. At lunch I scanned the menu thinking what cannot they mess up after having a previous disappointing meal. We opted for the pizza which had an inedible base, after that we gave up. Location meanwhile is good, right beside the Robinson Complex

suite room was very dirty and very old. room needs painted and new furnshings. looks like 1980s decorations. there are new rooms but not many, most are of the old standard which should no longer be lived in.

Central Sri Racha
Excellent hotel with restaurants right in the centre of the town. We stayed in the older part which has been completely refurbished since I last stayed there.

great hotel, very clean and efficient
very good, unfortunately my room had no view (back of other building) but room was big, comfortable and very very clean. breakfast options are fantastic, cant really get any better. Mall is nearby for a jaunt, little food market outside of mall in the evening. 7 elevens nearby for convenience. Parking can be little tricky, old fella who looked after hotel car park got a little accusative at one stage when we tried to park on 2nd night of a 3 night stay and told my wife i had checked out of hotel?? she had to tell him 3 or 4 times that i hadnt (wife is thai national btw) before he allowed her to park, not sure what that was about but can put it down to a senior moment perhaps. But i would imagine this hotel would be great for business trips or visiting friends in the area. cheap also but the breakfast options and cleanliness won it for me. I will be back to use it again.

Hotel in close proximity to local mall corner deli plenty of massage places and opportunity to have some dental work. This was my second visit to Si racha and I felt safe doing daily walks to interesting places. Markets on Monday & Wednesday close to hotel. hotel very clean and presentation is nice would have liked a better breakfast but plenty Asian choice of food. Will certainly recommend x

Everything you need in Sri Racha
Stayed twice at Pacific Park. Front desk staff are amazing and so helpful. Sri Racha is not a normal tourist city, but if you are there for business or stop off, hotel is great.

I initially booked a standard room for 8 nights. I decided to arrive a day earlier so I went online and booked an extra day. However only the deluxe rm was available. Upon check in, I handed all the bookings to the receptionist. She informed me that I needed to change rm the next day. As my schedule was very tight, I told her I don't mind downgrading to a standard room as it was really inconvenient to pack and unpack again. Upon checking with someone she said ok no need to change room and handed me they key. I left the hotel the next morning at 6.30am and return at 6pm. To my horror, they lock me out of my room. When I asked the receptionist why, they said I had to change room immediately or else I had to pay. What ever reasoning fell on deaf ears. Since I had my local host picking me for dinner, that left me 20mins to pack, change rooms, shower and get changed. I'm my haste, I misplaced the room key somewhere in the room. They refused to issue me a new key unless I pay them 300Baht!!!. I chose this hotel as it's convenient. However the credibility of its staff and the language barrier needs improvement. Very disappointed with the service rendered.

I recently experienced significant inconvenience during my stay due to issues with your room service ordering system. I placed an order using the QR code provided in my room, only to discover that the staff member who responded was completely unfamiliar with the menu items I had selected. Subsequently, a different staff member called for confirmation but also failed to understand my room order. Ultimately, I had to resort to ordering from a different restaurant via the Grab app. This incident suggests a lack of proper training for your staff, leading to a disappointing and inefficient use of my time.
