I booked 3 rooms for kitchen but they not offer kitchenette. And closed pool for private parties. They should separate section for private parties and hotel's guests.

I have no complaints really, the staff was friendly and excellent, they make safety for guest a top priority and the food was excellent, location was great in walking distance for what ever you need. I guess if I had to say something maybe switching the breakfast and dinner menus would be nice.

Awesome stay!!
I stayed for a week and not only found that the location was great but the room was comfortable, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. I’m planning at coming back in April 24 and will be back.

3rd floor room balcony is a sight for sore eyes, you can see all the air conditioners and can be noisy. Balcony area is overshadowed by upper floor. So we avoided using the balcony.

The hotel is new but it’s in a terrible state of disrepair already. The screens in the bathroom were dirty and tiles loose underfoot. The tiles on the wall were dirty and dated. It’s poorly located, taxi needed to access any of the local sights and amenities. Terms and conditions for your stay are completely different to what you get from the confirmation email at Wotif. If it were local to my home country it would clearly be false advertising! Nothing good to say about this stay, Rude staff topped off a dismal experience . Will be interested to see what local governing body has to say about all this given Wotif/Expedia are Australian based. Stay away from T Pattaya and Wotif

I stayed in the same hotel twice. The room was nice with comfy bed, however it was a little bit noisy during the stay. Prefer room on higher floor and not facing the clubs on my next visit.
