Excellent friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and it is easy navigating through the areas. It is quiet and I slept so well in a very large comfortable bed. The shower was powerful and a pleasure to use. The boutique style room was lovely. The restaurant had amazing views and the food was nice. I hope to stay here again soon! Jason Broome 😁

I've been in Thailand 2 weeks and been to six different hotels and this one by far has been my favorite. The room is gorgeous the bed was very comfortable the shower was cool and the view of the beach was appreciated. The food from salt the restaurant was quite good and I enjoyed it and the bar on the roof with the pool made excellent mojitos. The staff was very kind and welcoming and I really enjoyed my stay there. I would not hesitate to stay there again when I come to Najomtien beach again.

Great hotel at Jomtien
Another lovely and reliable U hotel chain at a quieter side of Jomtien beach Pattaya, but there are still lots of good eating places around the hotel. A minimart and Family Mart are just 2-5 mins walk. Hotel staff were all really friendly and professional. Room was clean and well maintained.

Nice Hotel for the money
Nice clean hotel with good restaurant and beautiful rooftop bar to watch the sunset. Far enough away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Great if you want a nice quiet relaxing stay.

In general, it’s very good experience. However, seaview room’s view was blocked by tree and electricity wire due to low floor, I.e. 3/F. One of the sliding doors of toilet area was stuck and couldn’t be closed. Otherwise, it’s a very present stay. Rooftop pool and bar with sunset view is just too beautiful.

Relax getaway time!
love the stay, near the beach and close to "Lung Sawai" my favourite seafood restaurant. Breakfast can be served in the room which I tried for the first time and I loved it.

Good view, poor beach, and confusing reservation
On the quiet part of the long strip of beach with no strip joints or massage parlors. The sandy beach is across the road and disappears at high tide, and becomes a 50 to 100 ft beach at low tide, filled with garbage and broken glass. The hotel is new and well maintained. However, there are sea view rooms that look at the roof top of the restaurant and the two trees in front of the property. Make sure to book for deluxe seaview, and make sure they give you what you paid for. Hotel.com confirmation is not clear enough for the front desk, and we had to argue to get a real sea view room. Also, check in is often delayed, as the hotel allows a full 24 hr stay per check-in.

Excellent clean room adequate gym. Lovely rooftop bar, sun loungers and infinity pool lovely and clean. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Excellent food in downstairs restaurant and again excellent service. Highly recommend. Tranquil and out of the way of nightlife although only a short bus ride away with frequent buses😀😀😀👍

I would say this hotel is the best on the strip. Staff is amazing, buffet is amazing, rooftop pool is out of this world and Cherie the manager is a beautiful, sweet Thai woman who is such a nice woman

The 24-hour stay is great for anyone's itineraries. Guest room design makes very good of space. Contemporary decor is pleasing overall. A big atrium makes the whole building light and airy. Bikes are available for guest use. Parking could be tight on busy weekends.
