"Staff were very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious, the building is beautiful - lots of old Portland charm - the elevators are smaller than modern elevators - they work great but something for anxious people to be aware of."

The area outside the hotel was nicely kept and no homeless people were around, like the other hotels in Portland. The staff was super helpful and friendly, I will definitely be staying here again!"
