Location Location Location - just 20- 30 metres to the beachBeautiful sunrises family friendly enough room to have 6 adults and 3 children (family home from overseas so 3 generations) outdoor space for kids to play plenty of space to have own area for yourself as well BBQ and Hot outdoor shower
