It was clean, beautiful and convenient to anywhere in Pawleys island. We definitely recommend staying here. Just be prepared to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. 「The property was very well situated on the 3rd floor, with a screened in porch overlooking the 4th green of True Blue golf course, as well as conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and amenities on Pawley's Island. The unit was very clean and furnished with all of the necessary needs for a pleasant stay. Excellent communication with Marie and Buddy with very timely responses to questions. I highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay here on future trips.」

「Host was spectacular. She answered emails within an hour. The condo was extremely clean and being on the 1st floor was a plus. Check in was easy. Condo had everything we needed to make meals or order dinner in. Wifi worked for our needs. Everyone in the facily was nice. The pool that was across the street from the condo and was very clean. Plenty of parking. Property is ideal for long stays for a family. We will definitely be staying here again. 」

「This is our second year staying at the Bridgewater Property. The unit was very well appointed with everything you need for a beach stay. Beach chairs and umbrella and sand toys all in working order. Kitchen had everything needed, deck had five high chairs and a great view. Everything was clean and tidy. Property amenities were amazing the property was gorgeous. Owner communication could not have been better . The only negative was we had to leave!
