Allowed early check in due to off season. Check in/out was easy. Staff was great and informative on resort amenities, hours and options. Room was large and room and view was great. Octoberfest happening and was fun. Pools were great

The room was very nice and clean, everyone was so nice…the view of the beach was a side view of the ocean which is not exactly what I was thinking but it was still very much in view and very enjoyable…we will definitely come here again

Although my visit was brief and due to unfortunate circumstances, the room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. I would certainly stay again.

Soooooooo when we got to our signature room that I paid a lot of money for , and my master bed had no side lamps just holes where they were and the shower door didn’t close. Management and front desk moved quickly to resolve it. I appreciate Brian
