This property is set up very nice and in a desirable location. The problem was the cleanliness of the property. Very dirty air conditioning vents in ceiling which is not a healthy situation because of Covid. Ceiling fans were coated in dirt. Blue toothpaste running down the wall in Master bathroom. Dirty shower curtain and not even the correct length for this walk in shower so the water covers master bathroom floor. We cleaned the master bedroom ceiling fan so we could use it. In the second bedroom there’s a hole in the wall 2 inches by 1 ft.where an existing panel is but doesn’t cover the opening for access to bathroom pipes.

Accessible for Grandpa and an Alligator for the Kids!
Our lake villa rental had a ramp and walk in shower that I found really needed. Our Grandchildren ages 12 and 8 were hoping they would see an Alligator on their trip, they we delighted to find one living in the pond right out the back of our place. They immediately named it Mr. A and would look for him each day from the deck, he never disappointed them. The family loved the beach and riding their bikes. Thank you VRBO and Litchfied!
