Welcome to Eagle's Nest! This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is quietly nestled in the North Litchfield community, just a short stroll to the beach. With its open floor plan, fireplace and vaulted ceiling, the property seamlessly connects living, dining and kitchen areas to create a spacious yet cozy atmosphere. Visitors are greeted with an expansive light-filled sunroom complete with relaxed seating and dining areas. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and flat screen TV, and both full baths offer walk-in showers. Additional amenities include paved 2 car garage, private swimming pool, outdoor enclosed shower, deck, gas grill, Breville espresso machine, bicycles, surfboards and beach chairs.
