Beautifully decorated condo located in Litchfield By the Sea Oceanfront, 4 BR, end unit. Step onto the ample balcony from the Living area or Master BR. Sleeps 8. Bedrooms have 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 2 Twin beds. Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi , Smart TV, Pool and Spa . Resort Amenities Include outdoor pool, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, and Starbucks.
NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED PER HOA RULES!
The popular gated seaside community of Litchfield By The Sea offers family fun including swimming pool, tennis courts, salt marshes and fishing lakes. Seven miles of spectacular beach, and an ocean front clubhouse with bathrooms and cabana. Jogging/walking/biking paths alongside salt marshes surround the area. Bikes, kayaks, fishing and surf gear are available to rent in the area.
