SECOND FLOOR - (4 en suite bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 4 SINGLES, 4 full baths total, elevator access, laundry room, balcony off primary suite.

GROUND LEVEL - Covered parking, enclosed shower with changing room, elevator access.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs-8 (smart TVs in LR/Den), DVDs-1, wireless internet access, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine, 2 full size refrigerators, grill, ceiling fans, elevator to all floors, private beach boardwalk, 2 sundecks, wrap-around porch with rockers, hammock, enclosed outdoor shower w/changing room, 2 stand-up paddle boards, direct access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, direct access to the creek, covered parking, community pool. 2024 HOME IMPROVEMENTS: Rebuilt elevator shaft with new elevator, all new heating/cooling system with two climate zones, new water heater and dishwasher, new outdoor furniture, plus many creature comfort and aesthetic enhancements.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays only.  

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 well-behaved dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
