The 1st floor features the living area, dining area, kitchen, and 1 bedroom and bath. The living area opens to a covered porch with an additional table where you can enjoy your favorite beverages and dine al fresco. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas so you can stay connected with friends and family while preparing your culinary delights. The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the laundry room. The master bedroom is very spacious and opens to a screened porch. The master bath has a vaity with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a garden tub. Bedroom 2 also opens to the screened porch. CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
