「The only complaint I had was the access in the floor of the closet was just a pannel of wood laying on the floor joist it made me a little nervous, so we put the fan on it, other than that, the place was very clean and homie. It is part of a duplex, but the neighbors hardly made a sound. 」

It's hard to tell from the listing, but it is a basement/garden level unit, although it does still get plenty of natural light. If you're planning to park in the driveway, you'll have to coordinate with other guests because it's a very narrow space where you would be blocked in/block others in. Communication could be better: I had to ask for check-in information a couple hours before arrival, and I...
