Awesome view.

Awesome view from the villa. Very enthusiastic and helpful staff. Great place for those who seek secluded serenity. Needs to work on WiFi coverage though.

I usually never rate property, but I need to let everyone know, DONT VISIT THIS PLACE. Pictures are all FAKE. I have no idea how other people commented on good things about the place because this place was disgusting. This is by far the worst accommodation I've ever been to in my life. The bed was smelly, full of bugs, hair and stains on it. After lying there for 10 min my clothes and hair were smelly. I booked for 2 nights. I had to sleep sitting down the first night because the other hotel near by was fully booked. I moved to a different hotel the next day. I told the hotel management the bed is not clean and he didn't seem to care and it seems as though they never clean. I complained when I left and they didn't seem to care at all. Mosquito net was full of bugs and stains. Honestly I'd rather sleep on the streets than to stay at your Villa. The most disgusting accommodation experience I've ever had in my life.

Privacy was great, and has all the elements if a very nice exotic get away. They couldn’t find my reservation, but luckily there was a room vacant that they were able to accomodate me in. People were very nice and service was good, but rooms had bugs and cockroaches. Complimentary breakfast in the morning and the nice view was very enjoyable.

Ben op zondag 24 juni reeds uitgecheckt zie hierna

aangekomen 17 juni had nog mail gezonden of zij mij konden oppikken bij vliegveld Denpassar na anderhalf uur wachten zelf taxi genomen.... kosten 600.000 rupiah (E.40,00) aangekomen vroeg ik of er een safeloket was helaas niet aanwezig !! geen sleutel van mijn kamer ook niet na vele beloftes...….. 2x anderhalf uur moeten wachten op hun pendel tussen Ubud stad en hotel afspraak was 18.00 uur 2x gewacht tot 19.30 …. toen zaterdag 23 juni nog geen sleutel was van mijn villa besloten om te vertrekken ik had namelijk een cashbedrag mee van E.1500.00 en uiteraard paspoort in de villa liggen……. zondag 24 juni naar ander hotel gegaan in Legian de receptie medewerkers waren aardig maar misten duidelijk een manager konden blijkbaar niet zelf beslissingen nemen. Omgeving is schitterend ontbijt zeer karig (ben meerdere keren in Indonesia geweest maar dit ontbijt staat op de laatste plaats. Receptie medewerkster Koma zou contact met jullie opnemen inzake mijn vroege vertrek in verband met teruggave te veel nachten betaald (6 stuks) Hoop op een positieve reactie uwerzijds

Five star wannabes but comes nowhere near!

I'll start off by saying that the staff is lovely and are trying their best but are overworked! The cutlery was the cleanest I've ever seen. The villa was beautiful but that's all that's positive! Construction right in front! The house was just simply dirty, soap, towels etc were missing. Had to ask them to change the sheets as there were bloodstains all over it. Kitchen, placemats, table, pool, garden, fridge, room were filthy! Toilet downstairs broken as the toilet seat, privacy curtain and window upstairs. There is nothing in the area to get food so you have to order from them. I called room service 3x, then reception, then office and finally walked down. Nobody was there. Walked back into a filthy kitchen where the receptionist was cooking meals. Our food was cold when arrived and that hamburger was more a tomato burger with a very thin slice of spam on it. They were nice enough to move us to another hotel in the group, Nara Hari resort, avoid this with a passion as well! Very very nice staff again but such a silly design and build quality. Very small, dirty plunge pool and just a waste of the amazing location! It's in the middle of the rice field but you won't get to enjoy that as the bathroom is built on that side. Moldy outside bathroom. Arrange your own transport as they will overcharge you for it with a smile. I would put a lot more here but I'm limited by space. Both places do however have really friendly and accommodative staff! I can't complain about that!

Good hotel and staffs, location may look shady

When we first arrive, the location looks very shady. However, that is only because we arrive at around 12 midnight. There we no lights and we do not have the exact location of the villa despite following our GPS. The warmth welcome of the staffs took away our fear immediately. The staffs helped us with our luggage and we settled in fast. Only reason for a rating of 4 is that, the pool wasn't very clean. Note: I didn't judge by the surface of the pool, as we are surrounded by nature, the surface of the pool are bound to have leaves, insects and such. However the steps of the pool is layered with algae. Noticed it when I step in and my footprint was left there. Rooms were great, and as said, we are surrounded by nature so don't expect there to be no insects flying around. My nights there were great, no mosquitoes for me and my partner, however my friends had a war between a locust and some lizards. Which the staffs bravely took the locust out and set it free. Also, worthy to mention was the fact that I had a bike accident. The staffs were genuinely caring and concerned for me and my partner's well-being.

広くて緑に囲まれたヴィラ

ツーベッドルームに二泊しました。ウブドからは片道30分ほどかかります。ホテルの周囲には買い物、食事できる場所はほぼないので、夕食は二泊ともホテルでルームサービスを頼みました。ちなみに朝食も同じく部屋まで持ってきてもらいます。スタッフは皆笑顔で、お願いすれば可能な限り対応してくれます。ただ、朝食は9時以降だったり、ウブドへの無料送迎は11時から12時だけと決まっていたり（その他の時間は100k）、融通が利かないところも多々あり、改善が必要と感じました。部屋もプールも広くてお庭も花が沢山咲いており綺麗にメンテナンスされています。虫が多いので苦手な方は避けた方が良いと思います。設備は古くて蛇口が取れていたり、壁紙が剥がれていたり。ルームサービスの食事は不味くはありませんが、特別美味しいと感じるものはありませんでした。大体家族4人で一食300k程度でした。環境は素敵ですが、リピートするかは微妙です。

Beautiful Views, Poor Service

The view from at least two of the about five villas at the site is beautiful. Also, the villas themselves are quality built, top notch houses. However, the service provided was terrible, almost comically so. No basic amenities, almost no staff, and dismal food. Breakfast at times consisted of tang and fried hot dogs. The location is about 20 minutes by car to Ubud. Five star location, one star service!

Absolut ruhig. Dafür im nirgendwo

Sehr kleine private Anlage im absoluten nirgendwo. Das lauteste im gesamten Umfeld der Anlage sind die Vögel. Daher zum relaxen perfekt. Villa 1 mit ca. 150 qm und einem Pool von 15x4 Meter für einen allein sind perfekt. Es gibt auch nur die Villa für einen. Kein Restaurant. Es wird alles in der Villa serviert was man bestellt. Leider ist im gesamten Umfeld gar nichts. D.h um etwas zu erleben ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt bis Ubut. Das Personal spricht sehr schlecht Englisch was immer wieder zu Missverständnissen geführt hat. Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten. Das versprochene Internet funktionierte den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht.

Way too too Far

This place is Not Ubud not at all closer either.. Way too far from everythinh, Its so far u can't even find the place coz there's not even actual roads to get to it. Even shuttle takes 30-35 mins to Ubud and on ur way back u pay $10-15 each day. The Manager is the only person speaks english and she tries to help in every way she can.. Shuttle drive, hire scoopy or text help any time. The view is absolutely amazing. If ur the person to isolate urself from everything comehere. But if ur a social peraon like me who like to see markets local ppl and go around, then find something else. Staff tries to help as much as they can but no english... Finally prices way too high for the place as the bathrooms, toilets are ordinary. I wont be coming back.

Hidden gem

This villa is located in a beautiful area about half hour from Ubud market. If you want quiet, peacefulness, serenity and beautiful scenery, this villa will be perfect for you. The owners and the people who work here are so nice and helpful and cook you amazing breakfast each morning! The villa is huge with a huge private swimming pool facing lush greenery and a rice terrace. You fall asleep every night to the sounds of frogs, crickets and roosters. It's a beautiful place and they offer a driver to drive you into town each day. If you go into town and take a taxi back it is about 100k Indonesian rupiah so it's fairly cheap to get around. You can also rent a scooter/bike as well. I reccomend this villa to anyone!

価格の割には部屋も広く、プール付きでアットホームなヴィラ。静かで環境はいい。１つ難点はウブドの街まで遠いこと。車で３０分くらい？ヴィラでお籠りしようにも、ヴィラにレストランがないので、食事がたいへん。ルームサービスはあるが、そのメニューだけでは飽きる。他、地元ワルンなどからデリバリーメニューも用意してくれたらうれしい。

Beautiful villa with great views -

I loved the staff and villa itself- The staff were easy to get along with and provided what was needed on request- I would recommend stopping by at a mini mart on your way to the villa as it has gas and cooking facilities where you can easily cook up your own meal- It is 20-30 mins from UBUD main city with awesome views of the coffee plantation. Will definitley be returning.
