「The unit was impeccably clean, beds comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and within a few minutes drive to Orem/Provo. Close to highway access (15). The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms are spacious. We did not use the laundry machines, but they look new. We also didn’t make it to the gym or pool, but the pictures provided in the welcome packet looked nice, We would stay again! 」

Within walking distance of Smiths Grocery Store, the best place to buy food.The reason for 4 starThe water pot to heat water was rusty, the oven does not work properly, we had some problems with the dishwasher, but finally got it going.No guard rail on the top bunk bed. Our guest's 11 year old daughter fell off the top bunk in her sleep.Other wise... it was a good experiance. 」

「Not as advertised. There was no access or key fob left for the Jacuzzi. There was not one single glass to drink out of. Not one coffee cup. You advertise it sleeps five yet there were three plates and three bowls. No cooking utensils nothing to cut food or prepare food that I had purchased to eat at the condo. 「Our family of seven was visiting Utah for a wedding, and were very happy with the accommodations. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and there was even a little nook to play in that our children loved. The property is across the street from a recreation center with a free play center and a really great indoor pool that our children enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.」

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
