「To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. However, we waited. We figured they were cleaning up the room. We were informed the front door was actually broken and it’d take about 15 more minutes to be checked-in. The lobby looks fantastic so we had high hopes the room that looked really nice on the pictures would match the aesthetic. It did not. The...

「The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays.
Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention...
