Peaceful Country Living
Enjoy peace a quiet of living in the country but next to the town and all the amenities it provides. This property borders the forest so it is not uncommon to see deer and other forest critters.
Another interesting thing you can do in the evening, starting about an hour before sundown, is count crows. All the crows from all over the area, come and stay in the trees close by. They will fly in pairs, murders, and sometimes by themselves. I wonder how many you can count? I’ve counted hundreds. If you are an early riser, before sunrise, you can hear them making a commotion as they are waking up and heading to their destinations for the day.

Great Stay Experience
I had a wonderful stay. Everything from booking to communication to cleanliness was excellent. Host, David responded promptly to all questions and requests. The home is warm, comfortable and inviting with all necessary amenities. It is located in a quiet acreage surrounded by trees and only a few minutes from town. 10/10.

Visiting Nipawin while staying at Cozy Country Living
We spent eight nights at David's VRBO, October 7th until October15th.It was a good place to stay! We were less than ten minutes away from some of our family and about twenty minutes away from others. Grocery stores and restaurants were very easy to access. David was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. He was quick to look after any problems which came up. The house was located in a very quiet country setting which we enjoyed . It was the right place for us! It gave us an opportunity to visit with our family group in our own space!! We spent several evening together which was wonderful. Thank you,David for sharing your place with us.

Great little spot
Quiet spot, pictures accurately describe the unit. We used it as a home base for fishing and golfing in the area, would use it again.

Visiting Nipawin
Lovely quiet spot to stay. Very simple decor and we liked that! Surrounded by woods… and we liked that! We had greats visits to the Regional Park, Mabel hill restaurant and to Damn Smokehouse Cafe! Great visit! We’ll return!!
