Overall the property was perfect for its price.
The staff are friendly and accommodating, they do dual roles of reception & housekeeping so you may not always find them at reception.
At night when the sun has gone down you find them doing reception & gardening/tidying property in the dark.
They take pride in the property.
The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
The location is 15 minute walk to Single Fin or 5 mins by scooter.
40 minute walk to Padang Padang beach or 12 mins by scooter.
There are local warungs and cafe/restaurants just outside on the street.
Very quiet pool area. Lovely. Quality pool.
Beautiful garden great proximity to my retreat location at uluwatu surf villas, scooter rental onsite, super clean, great staff, con- cleaning supplies heavily scented and a bit of mold in bathroom
The only clean surface were the floors. Bathroom shelves were never cleaned. Credenza sides had dirt in all corners. When we opened the bed we were shocked. Sheets were dirty with brown stains. When the flat sheet was removed the mattress protector revealed it’s history of use and was so horrible we had to take it off. There were stains from blood and body fluids, was never washed.
The whole place was less than 200 sq. ft. including the bathroom. Shower head is a regular hand-held shower without a shower curtain. The water just goes on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat. So, after taking shower there is no place to step to dry off. The sink has only cold water faucet, so shaving or teeth brushing goes without hot water. No surfaces to place toiletries near the sink. The only place is a small corner surface over the toilet (which was not cleaned for at least a few months. The toilet seat is so small and low that one sits on it with knees up and only females can use it without touching the inside surfaces.
Small black flies with round wings always present in the bathroom. As well as the faul smell, as if the water trap is direct without a siphon. The walls were never cleaned as we found dead flies on the walls.
Dust on bed headrest and sides of the base. Only two towels for shower, no face or hand towels.
To be fair, the personnel tried it’s best to correct the problems and gave us beach towels and new bedding sheets.
There is a reason why they dont post much photos of the bathroom. It is terrible. Basin was almost falling off the wall. There is no place to put your bath stuff, no hooks. The shower is just a shower-head next to the toilet. The paint is coming off the wall. Plus there was no housekeeping as per their services which is quite gross considering that you have to put your toilet paper in a bin and not in the toilet.

The property was nice, staff friendly and area extremely accessible with plenty to do. But omg, our bathroom was filthy and falling apart. I’m usually ok with these situations but I just couldn’t ....absolutely not sanitary.

Déçu
Déception à l'arrivée car les photos présentées sur le site hôtels.com sont trop avantageuses. Pour exemple la piscine est minuscule. Vous pouvez trouver un bien meilleur rapport qualité prix sur uluwatu.
Location is near to suluban beach and single fins. Many local eating areas outside the accommodation.
The only drawback is The cleanliness and smell of the toilet and room
But with the cheap price with it so it’s alright if u r looking for Budget stay.
Slight disappointed upon arrival as we'd had such good accommodation in Ubud, but room was generally clean. Bathroom needed to be ipgradrf and room would have benefited from a safe and a more secure room lock. Area was nice although needed transport to get to most places, but staff were happy to arrange taxis for us. Pool area was good although only 4 sunbeds. Inexpensive stay, fine for 3 nights.
Perfectly manicured driveway and landscaping. Villas look amazing. Very quiet. But they care more about the outside looks than serving their guests. After the first night they didn’t clean the room even after we complained and they said it would be cleaned “sometime” before 5 p.m.! Inside a very ordinary room: no small refrigerator, no place for your toiletries, no shower gel, shower was beside toilet , so bathroom floor was always wet. Sink leaked, hose by toilet was always dripping, one large towel per person. And because it was off season, they reluctantly offered breakfast but said it would “only be eggs”! We declined. Pool was very small and deepest end was 1.2 m. A gorgeous place but poor at servicing guests. Hard at times even to find someone to complain to or ask for something.
Ótima equipe. Anteciparam meu checkin e ainda alteraram minha data de chegada sem custo. Excelente.

Wouldn't recommend it
Don't expect a clean room. I layed out my own towel and shawl on the bed because there were big yellow stains on them and I could still find hairs from the previous guest... Unfortunately I arrived late and didn't immediately see it, so I cost request another room. When I made a comment about it, the girl almost ignored me or didn't really care.
The breakfast isn't really good either unfortunately. I think it would be nicer to eat outside the hotel. Of you go left, there was 10mts further a place that looked nice, as well as to the right and across the street.
Picking up from the airport went well. The driver has a lot of connections and boon stuff for you, but I feel that he is not giving you the best deal. From what I heard from other guests he wasnt too reliable either.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Great location
This was our first place to stay while visiting Uluwatu and it was such a treat. The family running it was so sweet and always helpful. Gave us water and fresh towels everyday and the breakfast was light but refreshing and great. Our room was nice and quaint. They supplied a hair dryer, soap and shampoo. The pool was amazing and the whole grounds are beautiful and quiet and relaxing. They have scooters on site to rent. Definitely get one to explore down the roads to different restaurants, temples and beaches. One beach was within walking distance, definitely don’t miss it. They even coordinated picking us up from the airport and taking us to our next location, Ubud. Don’t miss out on this serene oasis.
It saddens me to have to give this place a bad review. As far as the hotel itself goes, everything was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the AC worked, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. It's proximity to the beach is also wonderful.
That said, the number 1 reason we chose to book this hotel was because of their airport shuttle service, as we had a very early flight. We arranged with the staff a full day before, and confirmed several times that we would be leaving at 4AM. 4 o' clock rolls around and there is not a person in sight, nor is there anyone at the desk. We wait until it is clear no one's coming. Fortunately, after wandering through the pitch black for about a mile, we were able to flag down a motorcycle who had a brother with a cab. Other than that, we would have missed our flight...an error that as budget travelers we absolutely cannot afford. Everything else was truly wonderful, and the staff were nice enough, but that level of negligence is truly infuriating. Stay here, but absolutely do not rely on their services, or their "24 hour" front desk.
