Villa 'Casa Ciara' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

In Pedreguer, the villa Casa Ciara offers an excellent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 92 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.

La Sella golf course is only 5 minutes away and the beaches of Dénia and Jávea are 15 minutes away.

2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
