Not As Clean as it should be

Upon arrival it was found that the outside BBQ and outdoor sitting Area were very dirty, the BBQ had not been cleaned in an age, we had to buy cleaning equipment in order to use it, totally unacceptable and a health hazard, additionally, the Rubbish situation is unacceptable as we had no place to store full rubbish bags and with a party of nine the rubbish bags built up over the 10 days stay, the management company said they’d pick-up the rubbish after we complained BUT nothing happened, as such we were stuck with accumulating full bin bags that had to be stored in the laundry area just off the dinning room!!!….this is again a totally unacceptable situation and the management team seemed uninterested solving the problem, the grain from the kitchen sink overflowed from the first use onwards, toilet seat in one of the upstairs bathrooms was very loose and had to be fixed by us, the list goes on but all these issues would have been noticed if interest was paid during the cleaning process, the property has potential but the issues encountered and the lack of support to correct them would lead me to say I’d not return.
