"Room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. So nice to have a bath as well as shower. Toiletries linen and towels of good quality. Recycling instructions in the room which was great from a sustainability perspective. My only criticism was that the room was far too hot. No way to adjust heating myself but windows opened easily. Not a problem for me as I am quite deaf but traffic noise from street would have been loud in the morning to a ‘normal’ person! Staff on reception said they would have sent someone to adjust heating but I didn’t think to ask. "
