“Very relaxing property which we enjoyed while celebrating my wife's birthday. Great getaway to unplug and enjoy the natural setting. I highly recommend this property and the owner. Very informative and ready to assist. Can't go wrong perched in the "Crow's Nest"!”

“A charming small house in a beautiful rural area. Hours went by without a car going by. Magnificent stars in the night sky.”

“Charming and cozy! Host was there anytime via text. PERFECT spot to enjoy a true cabin experience. Town people were so welcoming and helpful. River was mesmerizing. Planning to return hopefully soon!!”

“everything was perfect thank you!”

“Great stay. Perfect location.”

“Jerry is an exceptional host, made me and my gf feel like home. Couldn’t ask for a better location at Seneca Rocks to see Blackwater falls state park, Spruce Knob, smoke hole caverns and Triangle Rock. Theirs 2 restaurants and small essentials store next to the property walking distance too. So perfect, appreciate you Jerry!”

“Great stay, very helpful hosts, we will be back”

“It was our first stay during the warmer months, and while the temperatures were approaching triple digits, the cabin stayed relatively cool. At night the temperature dipped down, and the single air conditioner in the loft did the trick nicely. This place has yet to disappoint! Thanks again for having us.”

“We just needed a place to stay for one night. The home is on Main Street in Franklin and close to restaurants and a great coffee shop - ELEVATED Coffee Shop.I would recommend staying at this home.”

“The property is clean and conveniently located.”

“Great little cabin in a convenient location for hiking and climbing at Seneca Rocks. Communication was excellent, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. A great base for exploring the area.”

The cabin had a tub, but no shower, which was slightly disappointing. The cabin was clean and comfortable otherwise. We were able to do exactly what we wanted, which was to disconnect for a few days!”

“Beautiful little property right by both Seneca rocks and Spruce Knob. Everything was super clean and worked great, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!”

“This was a quaint quiet little getaway that the family needed. The cabin is cute and clean. Host was very friendly.”

“Beautiful cabin in a remote yet convenient location. The view from the back porch/deck was amazing. A very relaxing place to come after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing.”

“Great place to stay, everything you need is there!”

“This home provided a great space for a long weekend stay. It was about 17 mins from the closest grocery store in Petersburg and 30 mins from Smoke Hole caverns. The home itself had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was coffee/coffee pot available. If a Keurig is important to you, you’d want to bring your own. The beds were clean and comfortable. There were a few ants in the kitchen that we had to get rid of. Be mindful that the home sits up on a hill so……
