“Property was very good, well maintained and spacious except for the parking that was very small and we could not fit our rented car. If you have a small car, this property is perfect.”

“This place is basically a hotel. It is very close to the university. The listing is a little misleading as it is only one room. There is a toilet stall but no privacy for the shower or tub. This is meant for a couple on a romantic getaway, not right for families or friends. There is no parking except on a narrow road which is difficult to navigate. The university students were loud all night although I think that was just our unfortunate timing. There is no communication from the host prior to……

“This was a wonderful property and location. It was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated with plants. We did not want to be right in Coimbra so we picked a nearby location. It was only about a 25 minute drive into town, where we spent the day visiting the university, shopping and enjoying dinner. There was a grocery store nearby where we picked up breakfast supplies. We especially appreciated the onsite parking.”

“First impression may be a bit rough, it’s an old small house on a street with construction, but ultimately turned out to be ok, the host Isabel was nice and we had all we needed. A garden patio in the back of the house is actually cute. The only inconvenience we had was no air conditioning, but there were a couple of floor fans.”
