The floor in the breakfast area is sticky the continental breakfast which consisted of cold waffles in a refrigerator where everyone can touch them. Coffee was nasty. They only offered toast packages of oatmeal, bananas, and yogurt none of which was plentiful so if you don’t arrive early, there is nothing left and most of all the elevator did not work. “My stay was nice. The room was cool, the beds and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and kind getting me checked in. Buuuut…. The pool looked like a swamp. There was an oily film over the water and the color of the way looked like a few dozen homeless people had bathed in it. It was absolutely disgusting. So the only way this hotel can improve in my experience is to CLEAN THE DAMN POOL!”
