"the room itself was great, full fridge, stove top, microwave, clean bedding. the STAFF make this establishment a 0 star rating and that is due too being overcharged for fees that contridicted there rules stated in there lobby!!"

"The staff was very helpful when our TV wasn't working and when we couldn't figure out our AC. They even helped with our toilet and cleaned and replaced our towels while doing so. And our light under the microwave needed to be replaced too. I thought you guys provided things like silverware, plates, cups etc... but I was wrong. I wish we'd still had a lamp or some kind of light at or near the dinner table as it's too dark for me. The only other thing is the 50 dollar deposit when checking in. I almost didn't have it. Thank goodness you took cash. I like this place though and hope to be back. "
"We had a wonderful stay while in Newport News for my daughter's graduation from CNU. The home is less than 10 minutes from campus and is located in such a quaint neighborhood right near the water! It was perfect - spacious, beautifully decorated/furnished, so clean, and had the best coffee/tea/cocoa and snack selection I've seen in a VRBO in a long time! The beds were comfortable and had lovely linens. Communications with owner Gina were easy and clear. I would 100% book again."
