“Hotell med bra läge, men saknar pool, om man bortser från en bubbelpool modell större. På samma våning som frukosten och bubbelpoolen finns en helt livsfarlig tröskel i flera nivåer, helt utan markering. Speciellt på kvällen är det stor risk att man ramlar ikull och slår sig illa och det hände med både min mor och fars flickvän under deras vistelse på hotellet. De ansvariga visade sig helt utan förståelse för det inträffade och vidtog inga åtgärder.”

“We booked a loft suite for a week. From the moment we arrived till we left what more can you say other than.. Brilliant. The hotel is really well laid out and whilst it’s big it never gives the feeling of an all inclusive full of guests. If you want privacy, relaxation and away from the normal crowds then this is a great choice. The food is brilliant and honestly the choice and quality is fantastic. The desserts are something else. The genuine care and friendliness of the team who work here……

“I loved our stay in Alexander House hotel. I am 60 and my mum who was with me is 80. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has walking difficulties as there are a lot of steps and levels. We really had to pace ourselves but it was well worth it. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. Plenty of choice for meals. “Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait.
