“We had never been to Crete before and we have loved it. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with sea views. All the staff are fantastic, excellent service and incredibly helpful when organising excursions. The rooms we had were clean and met our expectations. Being slightly outside Agia Pelagia itself means that it is a little quieter but it is easy to get to the beach when you want to. Par contre, l'hôtel et ses infrastructures sont très vieillissantes, beaucoup de carrelage manquant dans les différentes piscines, 1 jet sur 6 fonctionne dans le spa ! Il faut se battre pour avoir un transat de libre ! La nourriture du restaurant est bonne mais peu varié et surtout identique de jour en jour. 5 000 euros pour une semaine à trois est bien trop payé par rapport au service et aux prestations données.”

“Very late check in, pleasantly welcomed and shown fast to our room which was immaculate. Quite a few bugs but it is summer and I’m sure it couldn’t be helped but a comfy bed and good value for money. The building itself is beautiful and the pool looked great. We would return ”

“Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié.……

“Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion Great centralized location to restaurants and shops”
