「A few suggestions. 1. The building will need to switch from leveraging window units to central air/heat. The humidity in my room was terrible 2. The hallways and elevators did not have proper ventilation and all of the workers were suffering including the guests 3. The carpet will need to be replaced everywhere 4. Air vents were dusty 5. 「I liked how the air conditioner was maintained during our stay, given it was really hot outside I appreciate it being maintained so it didn’t go out on us. I love the full kitchen that came with the room, as a breastfeeding mom the full sink and full fridge was perfect and just what I needed in times like this. Property was clean and smelled good, breakfast was good, kitchen staff was very sweet and I appreciated them very much. Overall I loved my stay here and would stay here again.」

「I love the location and the price. The room was clean and the staff tried to make the experience nice. The breakfast needed to be better prepared. Staff was low and they was not properly set up for the holiday with everyone who stayed. A lot of guest went without continental breakfast due to low staff and not prepared for 4th of July . The manager and staff tired to help, but it was not 100 percent functional. The best part was the room! I will come again when in town.」

「They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside.」

「Had a lady help me find my room which was nice. Our room was decent, no bugs or anything suspicious. Only problem was some dried pee stains on the floor of the toilet. For a last minute booking, this was good. Area felt safe too compared to others I’ve been too.」

Even after not staying in the room at all, and alerting the "staff" of all the issues and that I wanted to cancel my stay (I wasn't in the room for more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave) they refused to refund my money unless they showed me...
