“This was our first VRBO experience. The property was the perfect location. The accommodations were the perfect size, spotless, and suited all our needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and Eric was very kind and accommodating...even shared the garden with us. “Pro: The apartment was clean and centrally located for our needs
Con: The shower was broken - which we didn't discover until we went to use it. There was barely a trickle of cold water. We had to use pots to shower.
The remote for TV did not work.
The towels were shabby and threadbare.
The apartment was clean, easy parking but the interior was shabby and the whole shower issue was a big no no”

“The entire property was clean inside and out and the beds were comfortable. The host answered my questions as well. We came to visit the Christmas Story House which was within walking distance, with a short drive to the USS Cod and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We were excited to be near all of our destinations and Rowley’s Inn around the corner was an additional delight. The neighborhood was amazing and I would definitely stay here at this house again. ”

“Apartment was clean and had some cooking items, plates, utensils etc. Washer/dryer unit didn't work well for me, BUT I didn't notify the property owner. Plenty of parking in the BACK of the building. Gas station, reasonably priced very close. Close to highway. Best arrive/unpack and leave/pack up during sunlight hours. Would stay again.”
