Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The service was amazing — every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The staff were truly wonderful, so friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable and are cared for. Overall, Pelangi is a gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with top-notch service and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Apartment is clean, gym was superb, breakfast spread esp the fruit bar was amazing. There’s still room for improvement for food spread. Pillows are a tad soft. I just came bk from JPN and their pillows are out of this world. Loved the prime location. "

"Park royal is amazing I have been coming here for 17 plus years Close to everything Security everywhere Cleanliness Staff are amazing The pool is spot on and the food is great My room is always clean and they have toothbrushes toothpaste shampoo conditioner body wash earbuds etc The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are to die for The tv is great so many different Chanels Everything is at your finger tips Shopping restaurants massage I mean everything Cannot ever fault this place and so affordable "
