“The view of Peniscola from the Villa Atalaya is truly breathtaking.The outdoor amenities were very nice and used extensively by our group with one big exception…..THE POOL. Because we were coming mid April, I had confirmed the pool was heated before we booked. During our stay the weather was cool at 17/18 Celsius. The pool was barely heated. We asked repeatedly to warm up the pool, but by the time we left it was colder than when we arrived. I was given conflicting answers that the temperature……

“Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde.”
