In the resort 2.2 km from the centre of Peñíscola, in a quiet position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 2.4 km from the sea, 2.4 km from the beach. Private: property 150 m2 with natural garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (12 x 4 m, depth 170 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop "Plaza de la Constitución" 2.2 km, railway station "Benicarló" 10 km, sandy beach "Playa Sur" 2.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Castillo Peñíscola 2.5 km, Delta del Ebro 55 km, Port Aventura 120 km, Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències 145 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Pantano de la Senia 45 km. Hiking paths: Parque Natural Sierra de Irta 7 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Baby equipment on request.
