Welcome to "Peace of Haven" ~ This cozy cottage offers you peace and serenity! Sit back and enjoy the view of the lake while having a cup of coffee or glass of wine, read a book and lounge in one of our cushioned loungers. The coziness of the home can't be expressed through the pictures - it truly is a little piece of heaven as soon as you enter the home and you feel the tension of life fade away.

Mesmerizing sunrise pours into your bedroom window with the gift of a new day. Spend your day relaxing with a book, kayaking, fishing, exploring the many amenities of the area including winery, brewery & cheese tours, shopping, walking the Glen, hiking & biking trails, skiing, golfing, enjoy the newly built casino, Watkins Glen Raceway and a variety of restaurants.

Wind back down from the day to enjoy dinner from the grill and dining on the deck overlooking the lake. Head down to the beach by the lake for a crackling fire in the pit to wrap up the day. As the sun sets, experience the moon dancing on the lake and the serene feel of the lake lightly crashing along the shore.

As soon as you turn down our private lane, you'll transition to the feeling of peacefulness. The cottage is on a dead end street limiting traffic to the locals. There is plenty of parking that can accommodate up to six cars. Easy access to the cottage with a level lot makes unpacking a breeze. Upon entering the cottage, you'll feel the warmth and coziness of the home with lake views and a bright open floor plan.

Our home offers 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and pillow top mattresses, pull out couch with queen memory foam mattress, 2 full bathrooms, and a separate laundry room. A fully stocked kitchen will provide you with everything you need to cook an amazing meal for your family. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard and counter space for easy meal preparation. A full pantry is available for your personal food. Dining area includes room for 6 or serve dinner on the deck while enjoying the amazing lake view. The living room is spacious and has comfortable seating. On a cold winter's night, cozy up in the rocker, turn on the fireplace and watch the snow gently falling over the lake offering an entirely new experience!

Head down to the beach and enjoy some fishing off the dock, take a swim to cool off, sit around the fire pit, play a few yard games or just grab a lounger and soak up the sun.

Our home offers high speed internet, satellite TV, television in the master bedroom & streaming TV in the living room, fully stocked kitchen, grill, yard games, corn hole, board games, puzzles, a small library of books, DVD's & VHS's, 2 kayaks w/life vests, small variety of swimming floats, fishing poles.

We are conveniently located half way on the west side of the lake so a drive in either direction to Geneva or Watkins Glen is convenient. Penn Yan is about 8 miles away and offers shopping, restaurants, grocery store & gas. Variety of restaurants, wineries and breweries to choose from.
