"I was charged double on my stay. I got charged by Expedia and then charged by the hotel. The agents at the front desk did not fix the issue on time."

"The property was quite spacious and is in a beautiful setting. We had 9 guests staying in the home and we were all quite comfortable. All enjoyed our time spent by the beautiful pool, surrounded by beautiful trees, and in a very private setting. Our host was lovely. "

"I stayed for three nights. On the first morning, there appeared a painter in a cherry picker right outside my third floor window, invading any privacy that is expected of a third floor room. When I brought this up to the front desk, the manager Madison said she must have missed my room when putting up notices. It seems they could have informed me upon check-in the night before so that I would be aware. The painter put a plastic tarp over the window, which stayed for the next 2 days. It's not that I booked the room for a view, but it is incredibly claustrophobic when your window is blocked for your entire stay! As for cleanliness , the curtain is directly over the air conditioning vent, and was black with caked on dirt/dust. There is no way a housekeeper wouldn't have seen it. On a positive note, the front desk agent named Abby was very friendly."

"The property was exactly where we needed it to be. Close the Lions Municipal Golf course and close to places to eat. Thanks Lyle for the great place!"

"This house was incredible. We were able to sleep 13 very comfortably. Pool and whirpool were great with amazing views of the Colorado River. Everything met our expectations and more. The only issue was trying to get early check-in, I followed up a bunch of times and never received a confirmation if we were able to or not. 10/10 would still recommend for any large group for a weekend getaway!"
