"Came to Maine to run a marathon. We were lucky enough to find this residence instead of a hotel. I’m glad that we did. It’s a charming cabin that is very pet friendly if you bring a pet. Chilling out on the dock and listening to the loons while boaters cruise by was very relaxing. The owner is very available and easy to communicate with. If there was any one thing that needed additional attention, it would be the cleaning. The person who does the cleaning probably needs one of those Swiffers...

"The cabin is very cute, and the view of the lake is lovely. The only negative, if you want to call it that, is that it’s 2 miles in on a dirt road, not great if you want to go back and forth often, but wonderful for peace and quiet. There is no AC or WiFi for anyone who might be looking for that, but it’s a nice little cabin for a quiet weekend or week away."
