Those looking for cycling or walking adventures will find countless routes catering to all ages and abilities close by and you can embark on a dog walk right from your front door. Lowther Castle and Gardens, Lakeland Bird of Prey Centre, and Askham Hall are only two miles away. There is an open-air swimming pool at Askham if you are feeling brave.

The living room is relaxed and cosy with a log burner to keep your toes warm on colder evenings. Deep, comfortable sofas and a swivel chair are provided with plenty of cushions and throws, so cuddle up while you play a board game or decide which film or favourite TV show to watch on the Smart TV. There is a DVD player so either bring your own DVDs to watch or choose from those on offer. The kitchen/diner has a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and Lavazza coffee machine. There is plenty of worktop space and a large breakfast bar with stools where you can gather to chat with the busy chef. The dining area has a large glass table and six chairs for everyone to get around and make some great mealtime memories. After a busy and enjoyable day, you will find your bedroom down the hallway waiting to soothe you to sleep. The master suite has a king-size bed, Smart TV, open wardrobe, and chest of drawers, plus an en-suite shower with WC. Across the hall is a double bedroom with an open wardrobe and dressing table. The third bedroom features two single beds, an open wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The spacious main bathroom is at the other end of the hall and has a shower over the bath, WC, and a heated towel rail.

You can relax in a fully-enclosed rear garden that is lawned and ready for your dogs and children to run free and enjoy. On the patio there is a table and seating for six to make the best of sunny Cumbrian days and mild evenings. There is an off-road private drive with parking spaces for three cars, plus a garage for you to store your bikes, kayaks, and roof boxes.
