Great Beach Front Getaway
This condo was close to the beach and the pool. Could see family and dolphins while relaxing on balcony. The condo location is close to attractions but far enough for quiet beach relaxation..

Pensacola Beach stay
Furnace filter filthy. When you have allergies, makes it difficult to breathe. Refrigerator water filter needed changing. Couldn’t use the water function on refrigerator. Refrigerator too warm. Had to add ice to milk and other drinks. Freezer was good. Rugs were filthy. Initially couldn’t find a broom. When we searched further, found a filthy one hidden way behind washer/drier unit. Supposed to have a vacuum but never found one. Larger frying pan was so cheap and thin and warped we rendered it useless. Garbage disposal was plugged and we had no water in the kitchen for 4 days. Some one came from Vacasa and realized we needed a plumber. Plumbers came 3 days later and said pipes were plugged all the way down the building. Fixed as best they could but it ultimately leaked between sink and dishwasher when dishwasher was run. We discussed all the complaints with Vacasa rep in person. Assured us all would be taken care of in 24 hours but never heard from anyone again. Never came back after saying all filters and concerns would be taken care of. No grab bars or mats in showers. Dangerous. Sheets didn’t fit properly on any of the beds. Location was beautiful and the views. Front door looked so battered and doorstop wouldn’t stay up. Furnishings were great if only the light bulbs had been appropriate. Important parts not cleaned were the disappointment and inconvenience. Despite all negative, had a good week. Sure hope these issues will be addressed.

October trip
Had THE BEST kitchen of all of our stays. It had everything anyone would ever need to cook anything. The place was immaculate. The only drawback, and not a big one, was the refrigerator ice maker could never keep up. Wish we could have stayed for a week, we liked it so much. But we have to save, save, save, in order to even go for 3 nights. Definitely will plan on staying there again. Thank you

This condo is great! Loved the rustic decor and location. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Only issue was two outlets in first bedroom didn’t work and dryer took a long time to dry. Would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect weekend escape to spend time with my adult children (18-20yr) when we could all fit it into our schedules! The condo was a perfect size, great views, has a pool, tennis courts, and very friendly staff! The location was perfect for my small crew, close to food and shopping, but away from crowds! Loved it! Location was perfect for family of 4 plus a couple of friends. Beach access was great! Kitchen was well equipped. Only concern was door combination changed 30 minutes prior to check out. I’m glad we had someone still inside. How can we book the same week at the same price next year?

False Advertisement - No Balcony Access
While this would normally have been a lovely condo, the fact that it was advertised to have a balcony accessible from the living room and yet had the balcony literally *jammed* shut by a 2x4 because supposedly the "property HOA" said it wasn't safe to allow people on the balcony (even though other balconies of the same building were being used) made the stay less pleasant. When we tried to resolve this, we were told that "it's not false advertising, we sent an email after you booked saying you couldn't use it. This was not true. It vaguely mentioned construction, which was supposed to be done before our stay regardless. The balcony and its view were the whole reason we chose this property and the inability to use it and the runaround we received when trying to get it resolved, really soured the experience for us.

Great Spot
Overall had a great experience! The view of the ocean every morning was beautiful; even saw some dolphins in the morning when we woke up. I gave 4 out of 5 for cleanliness because the silverware was not clean in the drawer. All in all this place was very well kept and nicely decorated!

Met expectations!
This property was clean and inviting. The decor was beautifully done. Great access to the beach and check in process was a breeze! The only issue we had was the master bedroom was a little warm even with the air on. We had to keep the door open at night. But it wasn’t unbearable and wasn’t a deal breaker.

The Condo was clean and neat. Very Comfortable. The "complementary" beach chairs and umbrella need to be replaced (these will be found in the balcony storage room)! The beach umbrella was raggedy and torn, no protection from the sun at all. The View was breathtakingly beautiful! Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo and really chill building
Looks recently remodeled and/or extremely well kept. Only small negatives are there are no pans that you can actually cook on unless you want to burn your breakfast and the AC u it is out on the balcony which makes for a loud and hot sitting experience. Other than that, great condo and would definitely recommend it.

great place just a few issues
The property was clean and quiet. We had an issue with the internet. It worked occasionally but not often. In the room with the double beds it did not work at all, even when it was working in the living room. I would also suggest having instructions for the the TV - at least in the living room. If you need 3 remotes anyone over the age of 50 is going to need some help. The last suggestion is invest $5 in some generic plastic cups from Walmart. We wanted to sit on the beach and have a glass of wine but all the glasses were glass. Overall we liked it, great decor but the internet kept me from doing a little work one afternoon.
