Baywatch E-10 is a two bedroom/two-bathroom 3rd floor walk-up property decorated with upscale beach décor sits on the Pensacola Bay. You will love the calming teal and blue tiles accenting the kitchen with white marble counter tops. Crisp and clean lines abound in this contemporary condo.

The modern design repeats in the bathrooms with tile and marble showers, stainless steel fixtures and water saving toilets. The living room designed around family comfort with multifunction chairs and an overstuffed sofa invites the whole family to sit and relax while taking views of Pensacola Bay.

A king-size bed in the master and a full-size bed in the guestroom and a queen sofabed makes this condominium perfect for six people. The most impressive amenity of this property are the incredible views from the top floor. Start your day watching the sailboats traverse Pensacola Bay. Save time in the evening to take in the twinkling lights of Gulf Breeze

This property was awesome. The view of the bay from the balcony is beautiful. The private beach on the bay and just across the street from the beach was very convenient. The condo is very nice and open. The kitchen is well stocked and the location is perfect. Many good restaurants in the area.

Very nice, beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all the accessories you need for your home away from home. Very responsive if you have any problems that come up & immediately took care of a small issue we had. Very kind & helpful. This apartment was bright and airy with a beautiful kitchen , comfortable master bedroom /bathroom and great outdoor patio facing the bay. The bonus was hearing the sound of waves all the time and walking across the street to the beach.

Week Stay

Condo was very nice. View was amazing as it overlooks the water. Communication with property manager was good. They responded promptly. Said they would send maintenance for issues. Maintenance never came to fix issues. However, I never let manager know maintenance didnt not show as issues did not have any effect on my stay.

Great Place by the Bay

Gorgeous property with great views. Surfside Properties were wonderful hosts. Condo is well stocked and nicely furnished. Condo complex has nice amenities. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and hanging out by the pool and bay. It is very close to Gulf Islands National Seashore, which I highly recommend buying a pass to go to the beach there. There is also beach access, a restaurant and convenience store within walking distance if you don’t want to deal with parking.

Lovely Time

The condo is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view of the bay. We really enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles from the pond area. The pool area was nice and beach wasn't a far walk. It was a sweet touch to receive a thank you card and cookies for renting the unit for the week. With unit being on the third floor, renters would need to be okay with climbing stairs. We would stay here again!

Something different

We have been to Pensacola beach before but only had stayed in hotels. This time we tried something different we loved the "apartment", it had all the things we needed and wanted. Washer/dryer beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable bed. One thing you should know before booking there is no elevator, the steps are nice but still about 50 of them!! Probably got in shape a little walking up them!!!

Girls Beach Trip

This was my first time to Pensacola and the first time to the gulf in November. The condo was exactly how it was shown. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy and perfectly located. Beautiful bay view and a quick walk across the street to the beach. There is no elevator so be prepared to get your steps in. Totally worth the views and location to the beautiful whittle sand beach. The only issue we had was with the WiFiI not connecting after resetting the server several times, but it was a beach trip and I never had to connect for work so it was ok. Amazing girls trip and would definitely recommend!
