Loved this condo! Clean and comfortable. Stairs were only the downfall, but wouldn’t stop me from booking again. Loved the bay side for fishing and quick trips to the sand and water.

Little Family Vacay

This was a last minute booking for my adult son and his wife and children as I was visiting my sister in Pace. They came for just 2 nights to enjoy the beach. I stayed with them in the unit one night. It was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Very convenient to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Pensacola for our annual girls' trip and we have officially decided we could stay for weeks...or that we will be back! Amazing Property Management

The condo was perfect for us. The balcony view was pretty. We had a discrepancy when booking, and Pensacola Beach Properties went above and beyond on making it right for us. I was just blown away by their customer service. The only complaint is the 4 flights of stairs we had to walk. With luggage, stuff for a baby, box fan etc it was a lot of trips and a hassle but the listing does specify this! We would Re-book here in the future. Everything felt clean upon arrival. The Queen bed in the master could use a new mattress. I felt like I was falling off the bed because of the dip on my side and it was the same way for my husband.

When I arrived I was never given a door code. I instead received a notice my reservation hadn't been paid in full. I had to leave a message with your answering service and had to wait 20 min for someone to call me to provide me with the code as she noticed right away my reservation had been paid in full.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in the condo!! We really had a chance to relax and it was very comfortable. Everything that we needed or could have asked for was provided. The condo had a breaker blow on the dishwasher and Kaylyn was great at getting the support crew fix it right away!! Due to the coordination of the security detail and rental office it would be a suggestion to have the renters of the condos listed so the security does not have to write a warning ticket notice of vehicular tow. It would be suggested to add the permits as an addition to the contract so the renters can run a copy prior to entering the grounds. The staff at PBP were very accommodating and friendly!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to go to Pensecola Beach area for a vacation!!!! Thanking each and all of their staff for helping us to relax and feel “at home”!!!!

Not Quite as Expected

First, the positives. The Pensacola Beach Property Group that manages this condominium is very friendly, informative, and responsive. The view of the Bay is beautiful from the condo balcony and the property has easy parking, and is close to everything on the strip of beach. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo clean. A few points...operation of live TV vs streaming devices could be made clearer via a property notebook since Roku is not that user friendly. The Schlage locking device operation could also be included in such a notebook. The pictures of the property are deceiving. It is crowded and the furniture is big and heavy, not light and beach style. The sleeper sofa is extremely uncomfortable when being used as a sofa. It is unclear in the property description that this unit is actually on the 4th floor, as the bottom floor is covered parking for some units, though not this one. There is no elevator, so bringing in luggage, coolers etc. for week (or close to week) stay is quite labor-intensive, just be forewarned.

My son is a naval sea cadet and had a training at the NFA, so I chose to take my 3 kids and mom for a vaca while there. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The view of the bay and the ocean was beautiful. Couple things I disliked though: I was aware of the stairs before I booked, but realized how much an elevator helped when you have a big family with luggage and groceries to carry up all those stairs, so be sure you are aware before booking. Also, the last night there, the hot water nozzle in the shower wouldn’t stop working even though it was completely off. I called the emergency line for guidance, and she was to get back to me and never did. So I feel that the bathroom needed a little updated especially with the shower nozzles. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Thank you!

Overall it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed it.Only a couple of things I'd like to mention-when we pulled the covers back on the beds, the mattress covers had some food crumbs and hair on them and it was obvious they'd not been washed/changed.I took all the mattress covers/sheets/pillowcases off and washed them myself so to ensure we had clean beds to sleep in.Also-the number of flights of stairs to walk up to unit needs to be better described. It states this is a third floor unit-which is correct,but it requires walking up six flights of steps which gets quite tiring when done multiple times a day several days in a row.Other than that, the unit and views were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there.

The property was very clean and had an amazing view. My only complaint was not knowing their wasn’t an elevator and going up and down 4 floors of stairs with arthritis was quite difficult. Other than that, the property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Pensacola my new favorite beach

Beautiful condo! Great location. First time to Pensacola and loved it. Definitely would stay there again. It's on the fourth floor so be prepared for a lot of stairs.
