The condo was really clean and nice. View was excellent . There were no hand towels and face towels and also kitchen dish towels which was an inconvenience. But we love Portofino we come once a year and have stayed in many of the different towers.

Memorial Day weekend

The condo was everything we needed! My only regret was I forgot to sign the guest book in the living room. We were having such a good time. If we get to come back next year I will make sure to. The view was spectacular and the beds were very comfortable. Massive bath tub and great water pressure in the showers. Thanks so much for having us!

Wonderful weekend

It was a spur of the moment family Easter vacay. We had a lovely time in Pensacola Beach. The unit was well appointed with all things needed. The property is well maintained with all the finest amenities and the staff was excellent. Kudos to All the staff we encountered. They were beautiful souls. We’ll definitely return. Maybe even invest in a unit one day

It was a beautiful place, they didn't have my reservation upon check-in. 20 minutes later they finally were able to find it with the management and was able to check in. The place had quite a few things broken and didn't look like the place was cleaned out previously very well. Bedsheets were torn and numerous furniture was needing repair. It was a gorgeous view and we had a fantastic time. I have stayed at the resort many times so I will continue to come back to it.
