Relaxing Getaway

We spent Thanksgiving week in this cozy beach house, convenient to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. It had all the amenities we needed and was very kid-friendly with plenty of board games, outdoor games, and an arcade! We will definitely be back!

Great location just steps from the beach! The arcade was also a hit for our boys. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. We spotted a dolphin and were excited to see the Blue Angels flying in the morning too! Excellent vacation spot!

What we needed!

3 words OH MY GOD this place was amazing

What I loved was the host thought of everything a person would need even down to if you wanted to print a document there was a printer in the closet lol……..Anything you could think of it was in the Condo… great view as you sit on the balcony. It was a great experience

Great condo close to the beach

This was a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The upstairs was a little warm at times, but the multitude of fans helped. The condo is in a great location and is convenient to the beach; we have stayed in Pensacola Beach numersou times and since they moved the Sabine Yacht and Racket Club entrance this is probably about as close as you can get. There are a lot of stairs, but we would stay here again. The pool was HUGE and was really nice.

Excellent stay

We had the best time in this apartment during Blue Angels airshow. We loved the balcony in the evenings. The apartment has everything you need and more. You can also use the beach equipment which was really nice.

Great cozy home close to beach access

Home was clean, decorated nicely, comfortable bed. Perfect for 5 guests. A little warm upstairs, but fans did help. Complimentary umbrella was a plus! I would definitely return.

Perfect Location and Very Charming Home

The beach decor was so adorable and the house smelled so fresh upon arrival! Everything was labeled and the owners attention to detail is on point! We traveled with Jet Skis and located a launch ramp across the bay from the house. It was an absolutely perfect location! We even got to see the Blue Angels practicing from the balcony! Thank you for sharing your home!

No need to look any further

We absolutely loved our stay here and plan on returning to this exact location for lodging. This unit offered everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms even had spare personal hygiene items if things were forgotten, there was an awesome variety of family games to play, and fun toys for kids in the bedroom. And to top it all off the beach equipment offered was perfect and saved us from having to make wasteful purchases on items we couldn’t take home with us. We will definitely come back and stay here.

Perfect Location!

This rental is amazing great location between sound and Gulf. Easy walk to peg legs. Great view of the sound. The unit is clean and has everything you need from wine opener to beach chairs. Amazing!

Quick getaway

We are local (Pace, FL.) and had family in town, staying at Santa Rosa Dunes. We booked this unit to be closer, so we could spend time with them. It was a great decision. This unit was just one building away and suited all of needs perfectly. The view of the Intercoastal was stunning. We loved our Staycation.

Fantastic place to stay!

This lovely townhouse has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Very clean, full of charm, lots of room, great bay views, fully stocked kitchen - and also beach gear for your use. They thought of everything! And access to a huge swimming pool makes it even better! Great location close to the beach. We will be back!

Spring Break with the family

This home was awesome!! The location was perfect and the view was spectacular. We had 6 people (4 kids) and we had everything that we needed. The owners definitely put some thought into the items that they have available for use. We drove from Texas and brought every beach/vacation item that we needed and upon arrival we realized that we could've left some things at home because the owners had them in the home. Next time we return to Pensacola we will hopefully stay here again.

Beautiful decor, attention to details. Convenient to beach and restaurants. I took my 90 year old mother to see the Blue Angels. We had a blast! Even she had no trouble walking to beach. She was content to just sit in “ the lap of luxury” rather than going out at night.

Lots of amenities

Overall very nice. Lots of extras in the house (not minimalist at all, stuff everywhere). Wish it was listed they had a pack n play before I hauled mine. Lots of activities inside/outside as well as for the beach. Plenty of kitchen items. Extra beds available (we did not use). Only compliant was the air - it is cold in the living room and hot in the bedrooms. 78-80 in the bedrooms and it was only high of 78-80 while we were there. Both bikes are broken so that was a bummer. Easy walk to the beach and to the pool. Pool is huge! Would stay again

Great place to stay

Beach is easily accessible. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home as well. A really great place for families with kids. The only trouble we had was with the refrigerator not being cold enough to store food. It was 46 degrees (we measured). I called maintenance and they took care of the problem the same day so great service there. I recommend staying here.

Loved this Condo!!! Perfect little getaway.

This condo was the cleanest condo I have ever visited and I have been to a ton! Every little detail was there, if we didn't have it, it was sure enough there. It was just the right amount of space and room and the neighbors were very nice! If we book again on Pensacola Beach, this will be the place we stay.
