Enjoy spectacular, sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony of this corner penthouse condo! This bright and beachy condo offers a comfortable setting to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Other features include an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The newly renovated main bathroom includes a walk-in shower with beautifully tiled walls and floor plus a granite seat. A separate sink and vanity area complete the main bathroom. The main bedroom and the living room have televisions and DVD players for entertainment enjoyment. Perdido Sun offers additional amenities including a fitness center, an indoor and an outdoor pool, and direct beach access.

Things to know:
The indoor pool is now open again. Please note only three (3) people can be in the hot tub at any given time due to social distancing.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

WHEN WE ENTERED IT LOOKED BEAUTFUL BUT AS WE LOOKED AROUND ...Room was not cleaned properly. dishes were dirty. and inside coffee pot was gross. COACH BED MATRESS WAS FULOF SAND AN NEEDS TO BE REPLACED VERY UNCOMFOTRABLE DEFINITLY NOT FOR A ADULT. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS FOR 4 PEOPLE ESPECIALLY NOT WITH A 8 YEAR OLD AND NO WASHER IN ROOM.HAD TO WASH AND DRY IN ON SITE LAUNDRY ROOM AND PAY THAT BEING SAID THE VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL !!!!

The stay was 5 stars but the unit is in need of TLC. Lots of cracking and peeling paint throughout. What appeared to be a large amount of black mold on the outside of the balcony door. Worst design of a shower I’ve ever seen. With all that said we still enjoyed our time.

Condo was clean and airy. Vacasa sent timely and concise instructions for check in and departure. Couch in living room needs to be replaced since it sags and squeaks. It was disappointing to find out there was construction in the condo next door. There should be a system in place when renting that discloses this type of activity. We certainly would have chosen a different unit if we had known, since at the time we booked there were various units available. We asked to be moved to another unit within the same condo and Vacasa would not do that.

Quick getaway

The view of the sunset from the balcony was the best part of our day! Everything was just like the pictures. Easy beach access without a long walk. We fell in love with Perdido Key about 5 years ago. Now we come at least once every year.

Great Time, Lot of Little Miscues

Overall my wife and I enjoyed our trip, but there were lots of little details that were just overlooked. For example, not all the remotes for the tv's and DVD player had batteries and we had to swap them back and forth. The dishwasher is fairly old and could get parts hung up after running it. The refrigerator was also making a pretty loud noise every 15 minutes or so, but was working fine. The kitchen had minimal pots and pans. Oddly enough the lights when out in both bathrooms at one point, but it was a small button on one of the electrical outlets that reset the lights to turn them back on and not a breaker switch. The DVD player is a standard player and not Blue Ray for anyone buying Redbox movies. The room was recently remodeled though, and I think quite an upgrade from the pictures that are currently posted. The complex was great and the beaches were far less crowded than what you would see in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Overall my wife and I still had a great time and enjoyed our stay though!

We had a ball. The balcony, pools, and beach was so very nice and relaxing. The surf fishing was good also. Perdito key is laid back and not too crowded. Check out the Sunset Grille. Good trip!

Smelly and small

The heavy deodorizer was overwhelming. Stay would be greatly improved by simple investments such as a living room rug, bedroom carpet cleaning—it was very dirty, new bedspreads and towels. Old and vastly over used. Had to call for both television and HVAC repair. On site management was very responsive and helped.
