Edie was extremely helpful when the a/c wasn't cooling our room down. They tried to fix it but it couldn't be fixed. Edie found us another room and was in constant contact so we knew what was going on!

Parking

Parking was an issue, lots of cars in the parking lot they did not have the proper sticker on them telling them that they were a renter of that property. Other than that it was a great stay

Beautiful beach view and great amenities

Loved this setting. The views from the 15th floor are beautiful. Very roomy for a 2/2, although the kitchen was a little cramped. Vacasa could have been a little more generous with supplies: 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 laundry pod... And my kingdom for a knife that would cut a tomato! But those are little nuisances. The big problem was that the only person who could push open the front door was a guy over 200 pounds. A battering ram would have been helpful. Please repair!

Almost perfect stay!

Palacio 1503 was perfect - there were a few issues with the elevator not working over the course of the week, and the construction on the roof starting at 7am was a bit early. Overall we were very pleased though! And will visit again (hopefully once construction is finished).

Nice view and master bath, but crappie furnishings

Getting free beach service was a nice surprise. The condo has a great beach view and we enjoyed watching pelican and osprey flying very close to the building. However, the condo is sparsely furnished. Since we were only two it was OK, but with a larger group the couch is too small and it doesn't have to much padding. There are only 3 places to sit on the balcony. Also, the kitchen is very poorly equipped. The knives are very dull and there is no cutting board.

Easter Family Getaway

We were very satisfied with our stay. Perdido was awesome, and was just the relaxing low-key stay we were hoping for. The accommodations were as expected. Very nice washer/dryer, making packing for home easy. Balconies made for amazing mornings with the songbirds and the ocean. The pool and hot tub were as advertised, and the beach was awesome. We had an excellent stay, and can’t wait to do it again!

Amazing location and view

Loved the view from the 15th floor. Sunsets were amazing from up there or on the beach. Sound of the waves crashing was also amazing AND having the birds fly by at eye level. Wow.

Great vacation!

We thorough enjoyed our stay. There were only a couple of things wrong at the condo The front burner on the right of the stove did not work and the sink between tithe master bedroom and bathroom did not drain. We loved the view and the decor of the condo.

Great view

The place was very clean. It was amazing waking up with a view of the ocean and sitting on the balcony in the evening! There were a few restaurants just across the street we walked to. It was nice having chairs and an umbrella already on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

I would have given 5 stars but the dining room lights & den fan didn’t work. The refrigerator handle was also broken. Other than that the boardwalk was short & sweet! Super clean beach & pool area. Very relaxing & not overcrowded. Family friendly gets 5 stars!!!

Stove needs repairs

Besides the stove the room was great. Owners need to change out the trays under stove elements. They do not fit properly and the elements are sideways making it difficult to cook on. Also the front right element did not heat up passed barely warm. This needs to be replaced. If stove were fixed I would of have it 5 stars!

Great location; bring your kitchen tools!

Beautifuly decorated and centrally located property. Stunning view of the Gulf from the balcony. The balcony extends to the master with a private sliding door. Extremely comfortable bed and calming ambiance throughout. The master shower is not level, therefore one must shower in pooling water. The kitchen significantly lacks proper tools for cooking and the stove barely works. If you stay in this property, bring your own kitchen tools or dine out each day. The living room seats only two people.

Can't Beat the View

Beautiful property, great views from balcony. Property was clean. Entry was easy and property seemed safe and quiet. Pool and easy beach access were fantastic! My only dislikes would be lack of amenities inside condo, so prepare to bring everything with you: hand soaps, coffee filters, bath mats, beach towels, any type of sugar/spice/oil you would need for cooking.

Great view, spacious setup

Fantastic condo with a breathtaking view not impeded by neighboring condo buildings. The floors seem to be redone and were very nice. Bedrooms were spacious and good for a family (young ones shared a kind bed). Oven and stovetop were old and need replacing but worked for the week. Overall, a great stay.
