Back to Emerald- is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage located in a quiet neighborhood in Pensacola, Florida. Just a 25 minute drive to the beach and ten minutes away from the lively downtown Pensacola, where you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, museums, and art galleries. Only ten minutes away from the airport! Enjoy the beautiful soft sugar-white sand and clear Emerald green water all along the gulf. Have a great stay in Pensacola!

Overall the property was good for the price the the set up was quant and and cozy. The owner was quick to respond to our communications and they provided basic amenities such as dishware, utensils and basic toiletries. The house looks like it has had some updates the only thing we noticed that was a little was concerning is it looks like some of the vinyl plank flooring was coming lose due to the floor not being level in places. For someone wanting to save money on a trip to Florida and does not mind driving a little to the beach and other attractions I would recommend it.

Quiet Neighborhood

My spouse and our two furbabies enjoyed our stay there. It was very clean and the backyard was perfect for our two. The only thing I would recommend is have someone to work on the fence a little. There are openings where a small dog could wiggle through. Everyone enjoyed theor stay and would definitely stay there again.

Emerald Coast review

We totally enjoyed our stay! Me neice used the bath tub every night (she's in a college dorm with only showers) and the dogs loved the yard! Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Needed addt'l.blankets for the couch and futon.
