It has a comfy king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the beautiful gulf facing living room. Waking up to the views is an amazing experience for any guest! The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower that has built in seating so you can be sure to get all of the sand out of your toes! There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and then some. For all you coffee lovers this unit offers both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views from the living room and dining room areas, while relaxing with family and friends. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or a mimosa, watching that gorgeous sun rise right over the water. Then go and take a dip in one of our 3 onsite swimming pools, soak in our hot tub, workout in our well equipped beach front fitness center, or play tennis/pickleball on our newly resurfaced courts! Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
