Safety and elevator concerns

Our last night in unit there was a power outage. This was no way fault of condo but a power transformer failure. The issue I do have with the property is there was no emergency exit lights , walkway and most importantly the stairs . I can understand that times people dont c lo mean as well but when it is a safety concern that is not overlook able or excusable. People were wondering around using their phones for some light. Also there were several times during our stay that the elevator was working properly and I heard a lady who identified herself as a owner said the elevator is prone to problems. For these issues I will only be able to give a one star rating
