This is a wonderful condo. We loved that it was only on the second floor. We are literally steps away from the beach! The pool is wonderful and the complex is older but very well kept.

The unit is always clean and the floor plan works perfectly for our family. Access to the beach is perfect. The condo is just far away from all the action so it is quiet, but close enough to be handy. Paradise is a great property management company and easy to deal with.

The property is ver nice and clean. Pool is great. I loved the condo, the only draw back was no laundry in our unit. The door was always locked to the laundry room and I was so busy I did not call anyone. But, it is a beautiful place !!

Our only complaint is the the unit sleeps 6 but you only get two parking passes and you’re not told that up front. Cons: not enough toilet paper or ease of buying more (only two rolls provided per the mgmt co!), no laundry room though one was advertised, no access to beach from property (had to go through parking lot of condos next door due to walkway being closed with no advance notice)
