Enjoyed the close proximity to the beach without being right there. So many different beach accesses very close by. Felt away enough from the business without being too far. Owner was kind. It was nice having a pool nearby, but it was constantly full. Loved the home itself! Very spacious and modernized.

Not a Vacasa fan

Wouldn’t recommend or book again myself. No decor, Carpet, mattresses and furniture needs replaced. I have two experiences with VACASA and neither have been good.

House was not very clean and has maintance issues

Upon arrival, door was very hard to open due to the door being a bit warped. The carpet at the primary suite was torn and frayed in a large area, tile flooring is very uneven and coming up no grout in many areas, primary shower was DIRTY the house needed a good cleaning hair beads and jewelry were found directly next to the beds on the 3rd floor, washer would not work and the walls in all 4 bathrooms were very dirty. The house did have 2 different coffee pots which was nice, great neighborhood and views were very peaceful.
